“We are so grateful that we decided to go with Advantage One Capital, Mr. Eddie Claus, and Debbie Clabber, for our refinance. We had major apprehensions about refinancing, and we knew we had some equity in our home but didn’t realize there was another issue we had with our mortgage. The team uncovered the problem and remedied it. My daughter and I spoke to Eddie back in November of 2022, and our FICO score wasn’t quite up to where it should be. He suggested a program that we should use (we did), and he promised to call back in a few months, he did! The program helped us improve our credit as a result of that suggestion.
